How do I request a custom cake?
Use the cake builder in our Custom Cakes section. Share your occasion, date, servings, flavors and any theme or color ideas, and our cake team will follow up to confirm the design and details.
How far in advance should I ask for a custom cake?
As early as possible. Two weeks or more before your event gives us the best chance to bring your idea to life. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on the design.
Does sending a cake request confirm my order?
Not yet. Our team reviews the details and follows up with you to confirm availability, pricing and pickup before anything is locked in.
Do you offer options for dietary needs?
Mention any dietary needs when you order so our team can tell you what we can do.
Can you match a specific theme or character?
